This the ideal workout challenge for busy people that have limited time to workout, but want to commit to something that will get them REAL results. Choose between 15, 20 and 30 minute virtual workouts that will comprehensively train your body from top to bottom, with maximum effectiveness in the shortest period of time. Sessions will run for 5 weeks! Commit to 3 -5 / per week (depending on goals) and get results!
As a participant you can expect to progressively elevate your fitness over the 5 weeks significantly. Additionally weight loss, lean muscle development, increased energy and an improvement in mental health and daily outlook are typical results.
