We have been working hard on continuing to evolve our On Demand platform to make it even easier to navigate and find what you love. We have a lot of content surprises in store for you over the next few weeks.
When you log on you will see that we have simplified finding what you love into 3 categories:
1) SPORTS- Choose this category if you are here for the sports! Once you choose this category you can decide if you want to focus on soccer, basketball, football, rugby, tennis - even golf! We recommend you try them all - as you do not have to play the sport to train like that type of athlete! Keep in mind these fun, fast paced classes all feature the same great music from all of the artists you love, so if you are a music lover, definitely do not over look the sport section. There are some EPIC playlists!
2) MUSIC - If you are here for the music, this is the section you want to check out first. This is where our sessions that feature the bands you love (the members ), the Band Spotlights and themed playlist sessions are so you can easily find them. Stay tuned for a lot of NEW content here this month.
3) PERSONAL TRAINING - This is where you get your personal training in to amp up those results even higher. These sessions are spoken and direct you what to do. They are great to add on before or after SPORTS or MUSIC session if you want a full hour workout - or to do alone on opposite days.
